During the beginning of 2022 I took part in both the management of a collaboration between AUB Zine Society and an independent business, SANCHA, as well as the submission process of said collaboration.
We organised a small talk by the owner of SANCHA at the university, giving society members the opportunity to get an insight into what it is like to start a business and make it successful. Then, we set the task of creating pages for a zine following the theme of 'What does Spring mean to you?', which were made by Zine Society and sold by both SANCHA and Zine Society at various markets and events.

I made my own submission about the pagan holiday Ostara, adding information about its origins and how it is celebrated today. I used a nib pen, brush and black ink to paint my illustrations, then used various papers to collage them onto the page. I then scanned this in and finished it off digitally.

I documented most of the process of submitting and helping to make this zine in a YouTube video!
